Return Policy

Refunds or credits are allowed for 30 days after the date of purchase, and are for the purchase price only. Returned products will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Shipping can only be refunded due to an error on our part. All non-defective products received within the 30-day return period must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition, including manuals, blank warranty cards (if any) and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. To insure proper credit, please contact us before returning an item to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). You can contact us toll-free at 1-(877)-460-0939 or by e-mail. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA# issued by a customer care representative. If the return does not have an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. This will delay crediting your account. Refunds will be issued immediately upon receiving the item according to the instructions stated above. Due to how different credit card companies handle refunds, please allow up to 45 days or two billing cycles for all refunds to be recorded to your account. Shipping charges are calculated on a total order cost basis.

$0.00 to $100.00 the shipping is $10.95;
$100.01 to $200.00 the shipping is $11.95;
$200.01 to $398.00, the shipping is $18.95;
$399.01 to $599.00 the shipping is $29.95;
